Accessing Patient View

The Patient view can be accessed in several different ways:

Session View

From a booked appointment, hover on the slot to activate the Options menu to the right of the patient's name, and choose Open patient details from the drop down list.

Current Appointments View

From a booked appointment, select the patient's name and the Patient view displays.

Patient Select

1. From the Session or Current appointments view start typing the patient's name, and the search box displays.  
2. Enter the patient's name. See - Patient Search Criteria.

   

3. Click Search .
   The results display.
4. Select the patient from the list.
   The Patient View displays.
   

Booking Form

1. Select a booked appointment.
2. Click on the patient's name.
   The booking form displays.
3. Select the patient's name.
   The Patient View opens.
